In Microsoft I work as a Technical Account Manager (TAM). My role is to cooperate with Customers under Microsoft Premier Support contract and manage the delivery of professional services to optimize the customer’s environment. In my perspective being a MACH gives the possibility to benefit more from working in Microsoft in the beginning of your MS journey. Not only do you have the usual role in the company, but also you are provided with additional workshops and trainings prepared especially for the MACHs. That helps us to better understand how the company is organized and get to know people across the Microsoft.
